By accessing or using monforte.in (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Mon Forté is a handcrafted protein chocolate brand operating from Maharshi Dayanand Marg, Garoth, 458880, District Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India. Contact: support@monforte.in.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Our bars are handmade with no preservatives. As a result, they have a short shelf life and are perishable. Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance are natural and not defects. Nutritional values are typical, not exact.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we dispatch the product. Until then, we may decline the order and refund any amount paid.

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In short: orders cannot be cancelled once placed and, due to the perishable, handmade nature of our bars, returns are not accepted.

You agree not to (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to interfere with or compromise the Site's security or availability, or (c) reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Site without our written permission.

All content on the Site, including the Mon Forté name, logo, images, recipes, and text, is owned by Mon Forté or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Our products are foods, not medicines or therapeutic claims. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes if you have allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant/nursing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mon Forté's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or any product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
