Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India through our logistics partner, Delhivery as our shipping partner. International shipping is not available yet.

Because each bar is handcrafted to order, we take 1–2 business days to prepare and pack your order before dispatch.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote pincodes: up to 10 business days.

These are estimates from our courier partners; weather, festivals, or local conditions may cause occasional delays.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a Delhivery tracking link. You can also view live tracking under Your account → Orders.

Please double-check your shipping address before payment. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
