Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Why our policy is strict
Mon Forté bars are handcrafted in small batches with no preservatives. Once a batch is prepared and packed for your order, it cannot be resold to anyone else due to its limited shelf life. This is why we are unable to offer general returns or cancellations.
2. Cancellations
Orders, once placed and confirmed, cannot be cancelled. We begin preparing your order immediately so it reaches you fresh.
3. Returns
Because our bars are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind once delivered.
4. When we will refund or replace
We stand fully behind our craft. We will issue a refund or send a free replacement in the following exceptional cases:
- The package arrives physically damaged or with broken seals.
- The product is spoiled or melted on arrival.
- You receive the wrong product or a missing item.
- Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by our courier partner within 14 days of dispatch.
5. How to raise a claim
- Email support@monforte.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description, and 2–3 photos of the issue (including the outer carton).
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- If your claim is approved, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
6. Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Funds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Subscriptions
You may pause, skip, or cancel any future subscription cycle at any time from your account, up to 24 hours before the next dispatch date. Once a subscription order has been billed and prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded (subject to the exceptional cases in Section 4).
